The Honorable Duncan Hunter
California’s 52nd District
Representative Hunter,
Subject: California 52nd District: Keeping Mosab Hassan Yousef in the U.S. is a matter of life and death
Perhaps you are aware of Mosab Hassan Yousef, who may live in your district in San Diego. He faces Judge Rico J. Bartolomei in San Diego’s Homeland Security Immigration Court on June 30, 2010. He risks deportation, which means a certain death sentence for him.
Mr. Yousef is Palestinian. His father is Sheikh Hassan Yousef, a founder and current leader of Hamas, which is designated a terrorist organization by the United States. Mosab was an invaluable undercover agent for Israel for a number of years.
The other aggravating factor is Mosab’s conversion to Christianity.
According to his Israeli Shin Bet source, Yousef is credited with thwarting the assassination of Shimon Peres, and stopping “dozens” of suicide bomber attacks in Israel.
After arriving in the U.S. in January 2007, Yousef went to the office of Homeland Security. He explained who he was, who his father was, and the years he worked undercover for Israel. He offered his assistance and asked for political asylum. After a series of hearings, it was determined that he is a “threat to America’s national security and must be deported.” Mosab is known to Homeland Security as File# A 088 271 051.
Yousef is the author of Son of Hamas. His publisher hosts his website, Son of Hamas.

We do not know Mr. Yousef. At this time, we have not had contact with him. We are not a part of any non-profit or for-profit organizations. We do not receive or seek funding of any kind. Our goal is to keep Mosab in the U.S. and out of the Middle East, where he will face certain death.
Rep. Hunter, we ask for your help to keep Mosab Yousef in the U.S. Our time is very short. Find contact information for him here.
