Il est contraire à la Convention de 1951 relative au statut des réfugiés, dont les Etats-Unis sont signataires, de renvoyer quelqu’un dans son pays d’origine alors qu’il y risquerait la mort. Comme c’est le cas de Mosab Hassan Yousef de par ses convictions et faits, le renvoyer en Palestine le condamnerait indirectement à mort et violerait la convention susmentionnée.

Please have the common decency to let Yousef stay. He’s already put his own life and entire family in danger because he tried to do the right thing. Thank you.
Please do not send Mosab Yousef back to the country he fled from. He is a threat to Hamas – not America. He has truly risked his life to inform U.S. of the things he knows.
